You should be dealing with your Anti Virus Support Team or forums for removal. You can also search for that name on the WEB and look for manual removal instructions.

Another option is to use Malwarebytes Antimalware scanner, then join their forum or send email to their support team and they will assist you with removal.

PS: You should not put contact info in a public forum post !
