battery icon disappeared no battery detect, hp has bios update but need a diskeete how can I make a bootable cd to install this driver update on my bios to put back this battery drivers please help

There are no battery drivers to make a laptop detect a battery, if the battery is not detected it's 95% a hardware issue with either the battery or the laptop. If it's just the icon that is the issue, you can try to install the HP chipset and power management drivers.
