Need 400-500 pound pc to play GTA V (Already built)

I am looking for a budget pc to play the latest tripple a titles and some like GTA V I would make it by my self however i tried it once and broke it I highly doubt i will be able to get a i3 in it but if possible tell me

From what I have read, GTA V has major stability and performance issues on Pentium CPUs. It requires a CPU with four hardware threads to work properly, which means i3 or better.

For a current-gen PC, you would be looking for something with an i3-6300 (preferably an i5-6400), an RX-460 GPU and 8GB of RAM as a solid starting point.
