Need a new Laptop and monitor

So im looking for a laptop with about
300+ hhd space
OS dosnt matter
all i really want to play on this laptop is terraira
I dont really need this laptop for gaming
Price isnt an issue

I also need a monitor maybe a 24 inch under 100$
