Need a new laptop that I can use for gaming.

My current system can't run Fallout 4, so I'm looking for something that can run it on high. Other uses would be web surfing and writing. My budget is $1000. I'm hoping to find something that will last a few years.

this budget should normally get you something with GTX 960M, which is a decent performing GPU. But thanks to the holiday season, you can get one with 970M, which of course is a superior GPU. Here's a few options:
