hello, my asus keyboard on the right side.. typically the #s on the right side is not working and never worked. any solution for this? thanks

Do you have the keypad disabled somewhere? Multifunction keys? (More then one letter/number printed on the keys) Usually activated by pressing a function key.

im not sure im not rly good with computers. how would I find out if my keyboard is disabled somewhere?

Most laptop keyboard functions are built into the keyboard, very rarely do they provide a software solution.

As a simple example: 789, U(4)I(5)O(6), J(1),K(2),L(3),M(0) is a common function enabled key set. This turns the right hand side of the keyboard into an equivalent keypad when the Function (Fn) key is pressed.

On 104 keyboards you have full set of numbers, usually operators and a decimal point on the right in addition to the normal QWERTY layout. These are by default configured as a second set of arrow keys, and page up page down. When NUMLOCK is on they will act as number keys.

Hopefully that helps, otherwise, going to need to know the model of the laptop.
