Need a verification code

I got a new phone, new #, new service. But I set up 2 step verification on all my accounts. Need to receive a code to that old number but cannot access it. Same goes for my recovery email

Nothing we can do. Probably should have though of this before you turned off the old phone. Now you have to contact all those places and prove who you are.
