Need Advice For a Light Weight Portable Laptop or 2-in-1 under 25000 INR

I want a Light Weight Portable Laptop of good quality under 25000 Indian rupees.
Main purpose for college, some light java coding and running virtalbox.
I already have an hp-pavilion g6-2237tx for some heavy workload.

I have also sorted out these options suggestions which one is better:
1. Asus E200HA-FD0004TS

Out of the 3 I would say the one with the most ram is the best. In terms computational speed I don't think you will notice a speed difference. For normal purpose the 4 gig of ram will be better as you will be able to multi task more.
