Need advice if this laptop is worth the money

I was looking for laptop up to 400$ but the prices in my country are not that great so I can't determine if this laptop I want to buy is worth the money. It cost 395$ and here are the specifications that I can copy from their website:

With 4GB and 240Gb SSD it'll run not too bad with Windows 10. Look around and see what else you can get for that price in your country.
