Need advice on adapters/splitters for my setup

Okay, so I'm going to try to explain this as best as I can without a diagram.

I have the following:

Plasma TV
3 Monitors
PC (With a capture card)
XBOX 360
Sony PS3

1st monitor is connected via active splitter (HDMI to Mini Display)
2nd monitor is connected via HDMI
3rd monitor is connected via DVI


Right now I have a HDMI splitter that plugs into my PC's internal capture card directly on one end, on the other end I can plug in either my 360 or PS3 and then connect my TV to split the signal so I can see what I'm playing on my monitor and my television at the same time.

What I need is something that will connect my 360 and PS3 to my PC's internal capture card and my TV simultaneously so that I don't have to switch between the 2. Does such thing exist?

TLDR - Basically I need to be able to connect all of that stuff in the list and be able to use them at the same time without having to switch anything.
