Need Advise

Hello,
I am getting a Dell 17.3 Notebook Intel Core i5 with an Intel HD Graphics 3000 with up to 1.6GB dynamic video card. I do not do any heavy gaming but I would like to know if this a good card and computer? It has 8GB Ram and 1TB 5400 RPM SATA hard drive?

How much does it cost, what's your budget, what country are you buying from, do you do any light gaming?
