need an advice in buying laptop

I want to buy a new laptop soon
i found Lenovo IdeaPad 14 with specs

Intel® 4th generation Core™ i7-4510U (2.0
GHz)

NVIDIA® Geforce gtx 860m 4GB

8GB RAM DDR

16:9 widescreen with an optional 14" Full HD display (1920 x 1080).

1TB HDD + 8GB Hybrid SSD Storage

and its price wan 1,000 USD
and i expect from it to run 2015 like gta v
hitman apsolutition and fallout 4
assissans creed 4 etc .... just fine on high sitting
and before i buy it i just wanted to ask is

i just wanted to ask is it good as much as i think it is ? or its alot weaker and unrealiable as a gaming laptop ?
and if i want a good gaming lappy should buy a fuckin expensive ultrabook ?>>>they way too costly and i am not mad of money

Do you really need the Laptop, you can always build a Gaming pc about half the price , which is far more powerful than the Laptop
