Need digital camera as webcam

anyone know what digital camera I can use as webcam to capture stills

I tried using an ancient 2megapix Fuji Q1 (or Qi -- it's not clear) because it does webcam and I hoped for better results than a standard Intel webcam. Results were essentially the same.

Might as well get a webcam, most new ones work with Windows' built-in drivers.
