Need expert is cameras

Hello,
I have a canon A1 camera...not a SLR I need to know if the lens that go on the A1 onnect with any other camera...perhaps a digital camera.

Sorry, it wouldn't work, even if it would fit, it may damage sensors.

It wouldn't be able to measure the light and pass it further so the camera would know what time to use.
