I fixed my bios password so it is no longer on there. Now how do I factory reset my laptop? It is a Toshiba satellite L875-S7208 and the zero key does not work.

Solution
A key not working usually indicates a faulty keyboard.
You don't mention if that laptop is running Windows 7 or 8/8.1 or 10.
If it's Windows 8.1 or 10, there is a way to do a reset on Windows that will restore it back to a factory condition.
If it is Windows 7, you will have to do a reinstall of Windows or use the recovery options.
