I just got a new phone - the Moto Z. Overall I'm lovin it but when trying to log into my accounts for certain games that I've wasted untold hours on, the game help says I need Google Framework Services to do this. Every other phone I've had or switched to has had this, but the new flagship Moto Z apparently does not. It is not available on the app store. Not much info on it, but I think it is a program that needs to be installed at root. Anyone else dealt with this?

It should be on any non-modified phone in the US market. You can download and install Google Play, that should take care of things.

I looked at previous phones I've owned and it is listed in the app list, but not so for this one. It's a brand new phone that I've had for 2 days, just released last month. If it is a core function of Android, why is it not preinstalled?
