Need guide on undervolt Acer Nitro 5(i5 7300HQ/GTX 1050)

Recently bought this laptop. I want to make sure I can extend its lifespan by undervolting it so that it won't heat much.
Is there anybody already undervolt their Nitro 5 with i5 or any laptop with the same specs?
Please kindly share up your most stabled setting of the undervolt.

i have the same model which is currently being use by my lil bro.i didnt really undervolt since the temp is not bad at all on my unit.i do try an undervolt once and maintain a -0.150 with no issue.although even undervolted if the factory paste is bad it wont make much changes in temp.if u are still looking to undervolt use intel xtu and decrease the core voltage starting with -0.080/-0.100 and test for stability.each unit is different so cant say if my undervolt setting will work/stable for u.

I will try undervolt the cpu by your advice. By the way, you didn't try to undervolt the gtx 1050 using msi afterburner?

the gtx 1050 still runs cool so i doubt it need to be undervolted.plus acer prevent undervolting of the dedicated graphic with their vbios.
