Question Why my laptop is getting low FPS?

Hey, i bought a new laptop - Acer Nitro 5.
Laptop came on Tuesday so I have it only 2 days. I install all the drivers, set all settings, I was looking on the internet how to set NVIDIA settings and all things about it. I set GPU setting, just everything, and my average FPS in CS:GO is 120 FPS. With this GPU and Processor people getting like 250FPS to 300, even more. I am so confused, I do not know what to do. Please help me.

Intel Core i7 8750H 2.2GHz
GTX 1060 6GB
8GB Ram
1TB HDD + Intel Optane 16GB

It's usually your settings. The people running higher FPS usually are running lower graphics settings. It's up to you to choose between speed and beauty.
