Need headset with microphon that doesn't let let people here what's going around me

I game in my basement but it's really close to my living room and is open usually when people talk in the living room people can hear it through my mic is there any gaming headset that doesn't let outside noise interfere

If your using TeamSpeak there should be an option to adjust the sensitivity of the mic.

set a push to talk button or change the sensitivity of the voice activation.

I'm on playstation and have playstation gold headset don't know how to do the sensitivity stuff

Not sure if this will help since its a older article but I would think there would be an option to adjust it in the PS4 settings.
