The unlocking of the 6950's is done through the GPU's BIOS ... so there's no need to do anything extra or special after that .... just leave it as it is and enjoy (you could have used gpu-z to check that yourself)

I know about it.. I want to know if i have unlock it to HD 6970 2G and next month i want to format my p.c and to XP or Vista O.S.... Did i need to unlock it again..???
No you wont need to redo the unlock. It is saved to the BIOS memory on the video card itself. Moving it to a different system or changing OS will not affect it.
Why are you installing XP / Vista instead of Win7?
