Hey guys I have been wanting to connect my computer to my tv to watch online streams and shows on my tv.
Unfortunately my TV is a little old but it still have RGB ports, RCA ports and S-Video port. My computer has a graphics card that has a VGA, DVI, HDMI port.
I was thinking about getting a a DVI male cable with RCA male ends to connect from computer to TV. Would this method work? or would I have to get a VGA male to connect into my computer with an RCA male end?
Having sound come from my TV is also preferred but I can manage if the sound comes from my computer speakers instead.
What is the best or cheap way to connect my computer so that I may see what I see on the computer monitor on the TV? Also is it even possible or am I going to have to purchase one of those expensive conversion box things?
