Need Help: Cooling pad for 17inch laptop

Hi guys
i need some advise concerning cooling pads. I am looking for a cooling pad that can work with a 17inch laptop (HP envy) , I have seen a lot of positive and negative reviews on some cooling pads and i am confused right now . I read that cooling pads with 140mm fans such as the Cooler master notepal U3 are best for 17inch laptops but then again there are some negative reviews on the product. So please i would like to know which cooling pad you guys would suggest and if possible i would like to know if the speed of a cooling pad can be increased.

Wow ! No response . Does this mean no one on this forum has EVER used a cooling pad with a 17 inch laptop ?

I simply avoid buying a laptop that has a tendency to run warm. Many HP laptops are prone to that. Hope yours isn't one that does.
