Need HELP for Web Camera fix for Lenovo Ideapad Y500 (59-379647)

I just bought my lenovo ideapad y500 (59-379647) with 2gb DDR5 GT 750M from my nearest store but the web camera is too blurry i tried everything but no matter what it remains blurry.....i even tried a software update but even then the problem persists..

i know this may sound dumb, but are you sure there is no clear sticker over the camera? most devices with camera ship with a plastic filament to help protect the camera from damage while being shipped and stored.

Yep No Sticker......And i even Cant update the windows 8 driver i downloaded from lenovo website....not even after booting the system in in safe mode..its just that when i open the setup.exe nothing happens
