Solved! Need Help Got Hacked

recently i was infected with Trojan.. yeah i goofed..
but i think i cleaned it downloading all the best AV and anti malware and cleaned fully did full scans ect.

and i recived email from gmail
that somebody tried to login in my gmail from unknown device...

is there any way to protect from this?
hidding ip address, system? idk just anything that would help me...
