I turned on my computer and its says BOOTMGR is missing, what do I do? Please help me!

Unfortunately, there's no way to rebuild the EFI partition in your computer. Best thing you could do right now is hit your computer manual for the function key to your recovery partition, and reinstall OS. Worst case scenario is that the whole HDD got wiped, and which a simple disc burning and directions to follow are needed.
