Ok but im trying to get on download mode . On my phone it comes like warning blabla bla. Its say click the up button i click it but it doesnt go but when i go on volume in my normal phone it goes . How can i fix that

Is a samsung galaxy j3 pro(2017) and im trying to change the custom rom.and therefore need to access download mode however it says click the up button to continue but when i click nothing happens .and i need a fox

Yh but its the the down volume which os broken not the top

As I said in the other thread, until you get the button fixed, most things won't work correctly.

The external part of the button isn't the problem. It is internal. And you can't do a lot of things with that device if you don't have the button.

If the phone is stuck in "Safe Mode" downloading is going to be extremely complicated if even possible as it restricts things in that mode. There is nothing anyone can do to change the way it is acting until you get the button fixed.

I have been clear I thought, but let me try again. There is nothing that you can put on the device that can resolve the problem. Nothing that will get you out of "Safe Mode" nor get the device to download things until you fix that button. And no app can get it working or make it work without the button working. There is no shortcut here. Either the button gets fixed or the tablet will not work correctly.
