Need help restoring permanently deleted photos

I have contacted Google drive several times with no success i have tried all apps and softwares are incompatible with my Chromebook anybelp is appreciated

Where is the photo? if they are on google drive, go there https://support.google.com/drive/answer/1716222?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en
