Need help saving texts from iphone 4s to computer

Is there a way to save all the texts from my iphone 4s to a computer?

I've had my phone, and saved many important texts, for two years. I need to find out how to save all these texts onto a computer (so that I can access them in the future) and then delete them from my phone.

I need storage space on my phone, and I need to be able to produce some of these texts for legal matters later. I am willing to pay for a program, if needed, but something inexpensive.

Can someone advise me if there is a free way to do this? And, if not, what a good user-friendly program would be if I must purchase one?

Thank you. Do you know if there is a fee for this service? I see some of their programs require purchase, but I can't tell whether or not this one has a fee.
