need help to connect soundboard to TV with limited inputs on both

My Samsung led TV model # un32eh4003fxza has no optical out or optical in, and only 1 set of rca aux red,yellow, and white inputs. My Philips TV soundboard model #htl1170b has 1 set of red and white rca aux inputs, audio in input on the side of the soundbar. It has no hdmi ports. I want to hookup my soundbar to my TV so that I can control both with TV remote. I also want to connect DVD player, directv, and Netflix to soundbar. Mainly for better sound and sleep timer to work on all devices If possible.

Without any outputs on the TV you cannot get audio from it to the soundbar. You will have to connect your sources audio output directly to the soundbar. An audio input selector would allow you to change sources. If you have HDMI connections you can use an external switch like this one to extract the audio from the HDM
