Need help with a macro -.-

Hi guys, I'm a complete noob with computer stuff and I've tried a few free programs and couldn't find anything to work right.

What I'd like is a macro that make right mouse spam when i hold it down, so i can just hold my finger on it, and it spams until i take my finger off, can anyone help me please?

I'm sure I probably cannot help you, but I can say that you will need to give some context for what you mean by "spam". Is this a game or program you want a macro for?

It's a completely useless thing I want to be able to do, I want to use it while playing League of Legends to move my champion side to side and smoothly in circles, which isn't possible by just clicking ;P
