need help with buying new headphones!

hello, i am going to be purchasing the senheiser hd 558 soon and am wondering what else i need. i am clueless about what i need and what a soundcard or a amp is please help! i would also like to keep the price under 50$

for good audio you nee good source, good dac, good amp and good headphones...

good audio means flac or at least 320kbps mp3,
and decent sound card takes care of the dac and amp...

so, something like asus xonar dg or dgx would be a great upgrade compared to any integrated sound card
