Need help with laptop recommendation

I am currently looking for a new laptop.
I am looking for it to run the following games, at a 1600X900 resolution, at around medium settings, with 40-60FPS
Shadow of mordor
Arkham Knight (when it is released again for the pc, I know it had a horrible launch, but newer benchmarks look more promising)
Assassin's Creed syndicate
Tomb Raider
I am also looking to play Hitman, when it is released.

I am currently stuck between the MSI GE62 with a 2gb 960m and MSI GS60 with a 3gb 970m
I am only looking to play at 900p, and If I have to lower my settings (NOT my resolution) to achieve 40-50+ fps, I am willing to do that.

What do you guys think? Is a 960m good enough, or do I need to get something better like a 970m? Thanks!

Why are you playing at 1600x900? I have a 965 m and I play only 1080p I do wish I had more than 2 gb of vram which certain games need more. If your lookin at 970m I would say go for it
