Need help with Lotus 123

This is kind of a shot in the dark but here goes.
I"m using Lotus 123 at work. I cannot scroll using the mouse wheel. I found other users online with the same problem and I was directed to a free download called flywheel. Apparently this is a solution. I downloaded this, but I don't know how to apply it now to the Lotus on my computer. Can anyone help me with this?

Is this a Windows or DOS version of 123? Which version? Is this only on one computer?

As far as I know, IBM no longer develop Notes suite, so you will have to look at replacement for your 123 in the future.

I'm pretty sure that it's a windows version. It's on a shared file server, so more than one computer. I just want to be able to scroll with the mouse on mine.
