Need help with qosmio laptop

I have a toshiba qosmio f45 when i turn it on it after it says starting windows it goes straight toerror message says" error:f3-f200-0002" an error has occured.
Please press(ok) to turn off the computer .haw can i fix it?

When you power your laptop up hold down the number 0 key, keep holding down the key on toshiba boot up screen let go if you see a long solid white bar across the bottom of the screen.
If this works you should eventually take you to a screen to restore your laptop to factory.
