Okay, so I am interested in purchasing the new Dell Inspiron. But I do not want the TN panel. So I am wondering what would be the best ips 1080p panel to get to replace the TN panel that is compatible. Budget for the panel is between 100-150 dollars. Also 4K or 1440p panel would be great if there is such a thing under 150 dollars.

I'm afraid your stuck with it. the screen will need the appropriate driver hardware (not software driver) and that varies by screen and is not serviceable, so you will be stuck with the screen that comes with the unit. if that is a deal-breaker I suggest you keep looking and get a unit with the screen you like
