I'm assuming the 150watts is per channel and not total. 150watts per channel is pretty powerful.
8 ohm output is standard. .9% THD (total harmonic distortion) is average for a consumer grade receiver.
7-channels is becoming the norm (is it 7.1 or 7.2, for the number of woofers?)
Really this is very little info to go on to decide about a receiver. Does it have all the required inputs you need (HDMI, optical, digital coaxial)? Does it have any special features you require (Ethernet or Wifi for built in functions like Pandora, or other music services)?
Personally, I have never liked Sony audio equipment.
