Need help with Vaio laptop

Hi guys, I need help with a problem, I have a vaio vpceb25fg laptop, and when I turn it on, all that happens is it has a black screen with a blinking underscore _. How can I fix it ?
It is windows 7 as well.

blinking underscore means its looking for boot device but its not able to find looks like..
you can see the boot logo? and can boot into bios?
