Hi,

I'm a gamer and music lover and I need new headphones since my headphones broke.
My budget is around 100€ - 200€.
I am searching for headphones that are good for gaming (I often play csgo) but besides gaming also have very good sound quality to listen to high quality audio.
I am kind off a bass lover so a good bass is prefered.
I have no problem buying an AMP/DAC if needed.

Oh I'd completely disagree about the SHP 9500s. They're good or even very good open backs for under $75 but the HD598/599 destroys them in every way for $150. The SHP 9500s main weakness is a tiny soundstage for open backs making them terrible for gaming. There's no benefit from adding an amp to them. They get a bunch of hype from Z reviews and he shouldn't ever be used for recommendations.

At $150 US the Sennheiser HD599 or the Philips Fidelio X2HR. No amp needed for either. Huge soundstage and great imaging for gaming. More bass in the X2. More neutral sound in the 599s.
Don't worry too much about gaming, any good music headset will be OK with games and you can always tweak settings to change to more treble for footsteps and such.

If you can order from Drop where you are, SENNHEISER HD 58X JUBILEE.

For under $100 that will match pretty much any sub $300 set, Philips SHP9500.

I would get the Philips then spend another 100 on a decent quality headphone amp/dac combo like Micca OriGen G2

Got the Philips Fidelio X2HR and love them. They are a bit heavy but thats compensated by the immense soundstage
