need password protect utility

Hey,

I am looking for a good utility that will password the hard drive or other drives as well. I need this for when students are taking exams (on the computer), so that they don't access the hard drive and retrieve files they have stored the previous day.

set individual rightson the drive or folders so that only certain users can access the folder(IE. set for admins only to be able to read/write/etc.)
