Need serious help on my Huawei Mate S

Hey guys , I am really in a big trouble , my story begin when I bought a used Huawei Mate S (I did not get the full package of it , I just got the phone and a charger , so I have no build number , but I can see some numbers on the back of the phone such as the model number and the FCC ID ) . Well what happened is that I installed the android 6 of the same phone (Mate S) , but this rom did not fit the phone , I guess it is for an other serial number's Mate S . As a result my phone stuck in the boot logo .
I forget to say that I live in Morocco and the Mate S does not sell new in here .
Hope I get an advice please
