Need some input

I'm just going to get to it; I need the cheapest laptop/notebook/netbook just for internet browsing, music & videos. Don't care if it's the lowest one on the market; So long as it's cheap.

I've never had a portable system before so I really do not know where to start.

I think $250 is about as cheap as you can go. You could do worse than this. Painful if you try to multitask and even kinda slow for browsing but useable.
