Need some mobile phone advice.

I am the current owner of a Galaxy S3 and I am due an upgrade this year. After seeing the Galaxy S5 and feeling some what disappointed in it and I'm now looking towards The New HTC One and the Sony Z2 but not sure which one would be best for me to get.

I have always been an iphone user. They are pretty expensive but you get what you pay for. I am curious, how does one get used to a phone that big?
