Question Need to extract data from Logical partition of hard disk

Hi All,

I have a laptop Hard disk 2.5" with a lot of personal data in it. The hard drive has a logical partition. I need to access it's data without having to recover it. Can I simply connect the hard drive to another laptop and access the logical partition in it?
Kindly help on the same

Assuming it is a SATA drive, use a USB dock like this:

Don't try to boot from it...just access it as a second drive.
