Need to get contact videos pictures transferred to my new phone

NEED MY contacts video's messages transfered from old phone TO NEW phone

You may need to connect the old phone to a computer via USB cord and move the file(s) from that device to a folder on the computer. Then disconnect that phone and connect the new phone to the computer via USB cord and then copy them over to the new phone.

Or, if the old device still has service, you could email them to yourself, one at a time.

NOTE: If the old device won't power one, then you can't get the info.
