i was robbed and i need to get recover my contacts on the phone i had saved. my phone code is SM-J710GN.

can't you just link new phone to your google account? Surely they would be synced with it so if you loaded a new device it would grab them off the server? they should be linked to your gmail account so have a look at the browser based gmail page under contacts
