Need to upgrade headsets for my PC?

Headset upgrade help?
I have sennheisser hd 202 II edition headset

I need to upgrade to this steel series headset

Will this upgrade will make changes in bass,treble.Should i able to feel the difference in bass,treble.
I am upgrading it because while wearing hd 202 i have ear pains..

well, the best thing is to go and try it out. because we all have different perception when it comes to sounds (among other things)

there's also corsair, CM, etc
