Question NEED URGENT HELP TCL TV

Hi there, i am in desparate need of help for my tcl 75c4us tv. It has just stopped working and only turns on as far as the logo screen. I am sure i need a firware update as far as i have been told but i cant find a place to download it for my model. Can anyone tell me where i can download this system update or even the roku number so i can try to get it from the usa tcl site. Prefer the system update file though. But would also be happy if anyone knows the roku number

What do you mean by Roku number? Do you use Roku as well?

I tried the unplug thing didnt help. Since its Android i gathered it was roku as i heard but i could be wrong

Roku is an operating system like Android. Yours has Android

does your TV have a RESET button like this one?

Mine does not have a reset button at all.

You may want to get someone who also owns a working similar model TV to pull the firmware out but this requires specialised equipment. Alternatively, some repairers out there collects these firmwares too. But its like looking for a needle in a haystack. Last resort is to change the mainboard. Try searching on Amazon or Ebay.
