I would say that you should pick a Lenovo gaming laptop. They have different kinds and you don't need more than 700 dollars to play mine craft. My Lenovo laptop cost me about 800 dollars and it's can play games at high and even ultra.... Depending on the game.

This doesn't have have a dedicated GPU but it will run fine with Minecraft and manage maybe about 30-40+FPS.

uh if you look on the lenovo site then the y40 is going for 820$ish so if I was you I would get that (even if it is a bit over your budget). Trust me: it's a beast at minecraft xD
