NES, Atari 8039 Banking Chip

Hi, does anybody know if any NES emulator out there can emulate the
Atari 8039 Banking Chip? Does anybody know of any released games that
used it? A bit of info about it:

"This was developed by ATARI so that they could publish
games for the NES. Nintento had their own memory
banking chip which was the MMC3. This ATARI hoped
would allow them to publish their own games for the
NES, a mistake that lost them a $300 Million dollar
law suit with Nintendo."

I've never heard it referred to as the 8039, but it sounds like
they're probably referring to Tengen's RAMBO-1 chip (mapper 64 on
emulators) that was used in Skull & Crossbones, Klax and probably
several other Tengen titles. Any of the decent emulators should run
these, but I'd recommend FCE Ultra right offhand.

Actually, I'm not 100% sure if he was actually talking about the 8039
chip. When he first mentioned it in the email, he seemed a bit unsure
about it. Perhaps it is the Rambo chip after all...
