Netbook for Chromium OS?

My budget is around $300 (lower the better).
I am looking for a netbook:

* Only going to be used for web browsing and taking notes for school
* Lightweight and thin.
* Battery life

* As long as Google Docs, Youtube videos in 360p, and 10+ tabs don't lag, I am fine with crappy specs.

I couldn't seem to find a laptop that is thin and can be a replacement for Chromebook.
Please don't mock me for Chromium OS. I have a gaming laptop, but battery life and size limits my portability.
